Fit Maggi (with soyabean)

Ingredients Atta Maggi / Any other Atta Noodles – 1packet

Chopped Onion – 2 tablespoon

Chopped Tomato – 2 tablespoon

Chopped Capsicum – 1 tablespoon

Soya Chunks – 1 Cup

Water as required

Oil - 3 tsp

Soya sauce- 2tsp Maggi masala


Recipe

1. Add soya chunks to boiling water and keep them until they double in size.

2. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and fry for few minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and fry until mushy.

3. Add capsicum pieces and soya chunks. Add soya sauce and fry for few minutes, then add maggi masala and salt(according to taste).

4. Cook the noodles and add the cooked soya chunks and wait for few minutes.

5. You can add a cheese slice for some extra calories 😉
